Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
It is the policy of Master Developer Apps to work with copyright owners to protect their intellectual property and to ensure that unauthorized content is not distributed via our network.
If you believe in good faith that any material provided through our Service infringes upon your copyright, you may send a take-down notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). To enable us to process your request efficiently, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) and the official U.S. Copyright Office for further details).
Your notice must include ALL of the following:
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (simply typing your full name at the end of your communication suffices).
Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. You can provide a brief description, attach a copy, or provide a URL displaying your original work.
Location of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient information to permit us to locate it (such as the specific Item ID or direct URL inside our application).
Contact Information: Information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your physical address, telephone number, and an active email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you "have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
Accuracy Statement: A statement that "the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Counter Notification
If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may send us a counter-notice. We highly suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that Master Developer Apps shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for declining to replace removed material. Be aware that there are strict penalties for false claims under the DMCA.
