These Terms and Conditions are effective as of October 16, 2026.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Android applications provided by Master Developer Apps, including applications released in the future (collectively, the “Apps”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Apps.

The Apps are provided at no cost and are supported by advertising. Features may differ between Apps and versions, and a feature described in these Terms may not be available in every App.

License and Intellectual Property

Master Developer Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to install and use the Apps for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained them.

The Apps’ code, design, interface, branding, trademarks, text, organization, databases, and other original elements created by Master Developer Apps are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, redistribute, create unauthorized derivative versions of, or attempt to extract the source code of an App, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Rights in wallpapers and other third-party materials remain with their respective owners or licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those materials to you or represents that Master Developer Apps owns every wallpaper made available through the Apps.

Wallpapers, Downloads, and Sharing

Depending on the App, you may be able to preview, apply, download, save, or share wallpapers through the features provided. You may use a wallpaper for personal purposes, such as displaying it on your device, subject to the rights, credits, notices, and license information associated with that image.

Downloading or sharing a wallpaper does not grant a universal commercial license. Unless the applicable rights holder or license expressly allows it, you may not resell a wallpaper, redistribute it commercially or in bulk, claim it as your own creation, remove required ownership or attribution information, or use it unlawfully.

Availability of downloading, sharing, automatic wallpaper changes, favorites, backups, or other features depends on the particular App, your Android version, device capabilities, available storage, permissions, network access, and compatible destination apps. You are responsible for how you use, store, and share downloaded content.

Advertising, App Charges, and Network Costs

The Apps are free to use and are financed by advertising. The Apps do not currently charge you for installation or for their standard features. If a paid feature or service is introduced in the future, its price and conditions will be clearly presented before you choose to purchase it.

Your mobile network, internet provider, app store, payment provider, or another third party may charge you for data usage, roaming, connectivity, or services that you choose to use. You are responsible for those third-party charges and, if you are not the device or account owner, for obtaining the owner’s permission.

Privacy and Data

The Apps do not require you to create an account or provide your name, address, or phone number as a condition of use. However, the Apps and their service providers may process technical, usage, advertising, diagnostic, network, and other information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our collection, use, sharing, local storage, retention, and handling of information are explained in the official Master Developer Apps Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Apps may rely on third-party services for app distribution, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, notifications, hosting, content delivery, and related functions. Services used may differ between Apps and versions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our direct control.

The Apps may also display web pages or links to sites and services not operated by Master Developer Apps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, security, or privacy practices. You should review the applicable terms before using an external service.

Internet Connection and Offline Availability

An active internet connection is required for features that load remote catalogs, wallpapers, advertising, rankings, configuration, notifications, web pages, or other online content. The connection may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network.

Some preferences, favorites, downloaded files, backups, and content already stored locally or in cache may remain available without a connection. Offline availability is limited, may vary by App and device, and is not guaranteed for content that has not previously been loaded or saved.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Apps lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, security, or other rights. You must not interfere with the operation of an App or its services, attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions, misuse remote services, manipulate usage or ranking systems, distribute malicious code, or use the Apps to engage in unlawful conduct.

You are responsible for keeping your device and access to it secure. Rooting, modifying, or using an unsupported device configuration may reduce security or prevent some functions from working correctly. You are also responsible for maintaining copies of downloads or backup files that are important to you.

Updates and Compatibility

We may update an App to add, change, remove, secure, or improve features and to maintain compatibility with Android, Google Play, devices, content formats, and third-party services. You decide whether to install an available update, subject to your device and app-store settings.

We do not guarantee that every App version will remain compatible with every device, Android version, or third-party service. Older versions may lose access to remote content or features when technical or security requirements change.

Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation

We may change, temporarily suspend, restrict, or discontinue an App or a feature when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, operational, or third-party service reasons. Remote catalogs and individual wallpapers may also be added, updated, replaced, deactivated, or removed.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. If an App or online service is discontinued, remote features may stop working. Locally downloaded files or other data may remain on your device until you remove them, but we do not guarantee that discontinued features will continue to operate. You are not required by these Terms to delete the App solely because an online service has ended.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep them useful, accurate, secure, and reliable, but we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from delays caused by Android, device manufacturers, networks, app stores, or third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Developer Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable networks, third-party services, device limitations, unsupported modifications, loss of locally stored data, user actions, or reliance on content or features that become unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer or other mandatory laws.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the Apps, services, legal requirements, or our practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The effective date at the top of the page shows when these Terms were last updated.
